# Startwell Ventures

> We help organisations decide what to do with AI and technology, then work alongside them to design, build and put it to use.

## Services
- [Two Days in Your Business](https://startwellventures.com/what-we-do/two-day-ai-review): Two days on site with your team. You leave with a written report on where AI can help, where it is a risk and what to do first. We do not charge for it, and we only take on a few each month. Price: No fee.
- [Safe AI](https://startwellventures.com/what-we-do/safe-ai-adoption): Your people already use AI. We find which tools, where your data goes, make it safe to carry on, and get every team using it well, with the reporting IT needs. Price: £5,000 to £30,000.
- [AI Productivity Sprint](https://startwellventures.com/what-we-do/productivity-sprint): We come in and work on one problem with you until it is solved: something built fast for a clear job, or a harder problem we work through together, with a checkpoint before any more is spent. Price: From £5,000.
- [AI Chief of Staff](https://startwellventures.com/what-we-do/ai-chief-of-staff): Someone who knows AI, in your business every week or every month, working the problems with your people. Price: £2,000 to £5,000 a month.

## Work
- [Complog: visual acuity testing, in the cloud](https://startwellventures.com/work/complog): Clinical software used for nearly twenty years, rebuilt for the cloud in twelve weeks and now rolling out across one of the world's largest eye care networks.
- [BuyBridge: marketplace arbitrage, automated](https://startwellventures.com/work/buybridge): Software from Berlin that finds what costs less on one German marketplace than it sells for on another, and runs the trade. A venture we co-build with its founders.
- [Captier: every audit request in one place](https://startwellventures.com/work/captier): Software for Danish audit firms that gathers every request, document and deadline in one place. The next stage, the audit work itself, is in build with us.
- [Sheffield Young Carers: seeing the difference support makes](https://startwellventures.com/work/sheffield-young-carers): A digital version of the charity's paper outcome tool, so young carers can see their own progress and the charity can show its impact.

## Our products
- [Switcher](https://startwellventures.com/products/switcher): Free macOS app for anyone running more than one Claude or Codex account. See every limit, keep every account ready, switch without signing out.
- [Barrii](https://startwellventures.com/products/barrii): The connection-maker for live events. Guests join on their phones, Barrii pairs them by what they need and what they can offer, and the host runs the rounds. Built for Startup Social, Sheffield's founder night.
