Is this the same as an AI readiness assessment?
It covers the same ground. The difference is that we do it on site, and you finish ready to start, not just assessed.
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. Often your people already are, with tools nobody has signed off. If you have Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, we work in that. If you have nothing yet, we tell you what to choose and how to set it up safely.
How much of our people's time does it take?
Less than you might expect. We work with them on what they are already doing, rather than pulling them into workshops.
What if AI is not right for us yet?
Then we say so, and the plan sets out what to put in place first. We will not sell you a build you do not need.
