Do we have to start with Discovery?
No. If you know what you need, we start there. If you are not sure where AI will pay, Discovery is the quicker way to find out.
Why is our Copilot adoption so low?
Usually because the licences arrived without the groundwork: the right permissions, a connection to your own data, and time with each team on its own work. That groundwork is most of what we do.
Can you work with our IT team, or our Microsoft partner?
Yes. Most of what we do runs through systems they already look after, so we plan it with them from the first day and leave them able to support it.
