A Sprint puts us in your business on one problem: a task that is tedious, slow or done by hand when it should not be.
Some problems are clear and need building fast. Others need working out first. Either way we agree the problem, the budget and what good looks like before we start, and we set starting numbers so you can see what changed.
We work with the tools your people already use. If the answer is a tool, an automation or an agent, we build it, with your team alongside us.

At agreed points we show you where we have got to. If the problem is bigger than we thought, we say so before any more is spent.

Your people run it. We report against the starting numbers and check in to make sure it is holding.

Priced by the days the problem needs, and agreed in writing before we start. The number comes from the days, not from what we think you can afford. You see progress as we go, and nothing goes over budget without your say-so.

An open-ended project. We work one agreed problem at a time, and anything beyond the budget is a new decision for you. We do not evaluate or replace jobs. The work is about tasks and processes.

What if it turns out harder than we thought?
We stop at the checkpoint, show you where we have got to and what it would take to finish. You decide whether to go on.
How long does it take?
As long as the problem needs, agreed before we start.
Do we need to buy new software?
We start with the tools your people already use. If a tool is useful, we look at how they can keep using it safely. A new system is not the starting assumption.

Yes. Tell us what you want to improve or build. We can help you work out the next step and agree a scope for that project. It does not have to start with a Productivity Sprint.

From £5,000, priced by the days the problem needs and agreed in writing before we start.
What does this commit us to?
One problem, one budget, both written down before we start. If it outgrows the budget, you decide at the checkpoint whether to go on. Whatever we build is yours to run and switch off without us.
