What it is.
Most businesses know they should be doing something with AI. Fewer know where to start, what their people are already using, or what it might be putting at risk.
Two Days in Your Business is our team, on site with yours. Before we arrive we send short questions to people in different roles, and on site we see how the work gets done and where the time goes. You leave with a written report, in plain English, on which uses of AI to pursue, which to leave alone and how to do them safely.

If it is a fit, we send short questions to people across your business and read every answer before day one.

We sit with your teams, see the slow and repetitive work first-hand, and look at which AI tools are already in use and where your data goes.

Within ten working days you get a written report: what we found, the risks, a safe-use guide for AI and a ranked list of what to do first.

Why do you not charge for it?
Because two days in your building is the quickest way for you and us to find out whether we should work together, and we would rather show you than pitch you. If it is not a fit, we say so.
How do you choose who gets one?
We look for businesses where two days will make a real difference: enough repetitive work to be worth fixing, and leadership ready to act on the findings. If it is not a fit, we will tell you, and point you somewhere useful if we can.
What does it commit us to?
Two days of access to your team, someone senior to own the findings, and honest answers to our questions. Nothing after that: the report is yours either way.
What if we want to go further?
It finds and writes down; it does not build anything. Most businesses go on to Safe AI, or a Productivity Sprint on one specific problem. The report says which, and why, with a price for each.
