We agree the sponsor, the baseline, the governance, the service scope and the monthly capacity. You receive a service charter, a KPI baseline and a 90-day roadmap.

Run and monitor
What we built with you runs in your accounts, under your business. We monitor it, keep it current as your tools and suppliers change, and fix faults, usually before your people notice.

Identify
We keep looking for the next opportunity, through regular observation, staff feedback and assessment, and rank each one with a business case.

Decide
A joint steering meeting approves the priorities, the funding and the risk. Every decision is logged.

Deliver and embed
We deliver each improvement in Solve-style increments, with testing, controls and acceptance, then train your teams Safeguard-style so the change holds.

Improve
Each quarter we review the value realised, the risks, the capacity and the roadmap. At every review you choose: stop, carry on, or change the scope.

How is this different from Embedded?
Embedded gives you our expertise and time on a set rhythm, working under your direction. You set the priorities and own the outcomes. Forward is the service run for you. We run what is built, deliver what is agreed each quarter, and answer for it against commitments written down before we start. You make the business decisions.
Is it unlimited?
No. Each month comes with a set amount of our time, agreed up front. The quarterly review decides how it is spent, and anything larger is priced separately before we start.
What happens when something breaks?
We see it in our monitoring and fix it.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever is right for the job. That might be a model hosted on your own servers, or a frontier model from one of the major providers. We choose it with you and tell you why.
Does it train AI models on our data?
No. A model on your own servers keeps your data inside your business. With a frontier model, training is switched off in writing, and we show you the setting before anyone uses it.
Who owns what you run?
You do. It runs in accounts you own, under your business, and every workflow, prompt and setting is written down and yours, with no licence back to us.
Who is responsible if it goes wrong?
We are responsible for the service and for what we agreed to deliver. You stay responsible for the business decisions. Both are written down before we start.
What if we want to stop?
Tell us at the quarter. We hand over everything, written down, so your people can run it or switch it off.
What does it cost?
